Glad you guys are digging the kit.

I still get a kick out of being able to share things that get me exicited with folks who also get excited. Things that "normal" folks wouldn't get.

Like "what, huh? a badge? Like a police officer badge?"

No, not a police officer badge.  Roll Eyes

(it's still) too cool to be able to talk drums with drummers.  Cool

Update:

I've already got the stain and three coats of poly on the snare. The badge went on after the second poly coat.

It's a ton easier just doing one drum as opposed to when I did the whole kit.

Much less surface area = happy Christopher  Grin

The drums look stunning.  The badge is a great idea and looks just perfect.

How did you make or get the decals?

Thanks guys.

How did you make or get the decals?

My brother in-law is a graphic designer and has access to all kinds of printers that can print out stuff on vinyl.

Here's a close up of the snare.

The picture looks a little lighter in color than real life because of the sun, but you can see it fairly well.

That is seriously one of the most beautiful kits I've ever seen!!! On par w/Brady kits in appearance IMO. I also like the natural bass hoops as they are! Snare and badges are killin' too.

I'm all about custom builds. That kit oozes custom!Eye candy for sure.

Enjoy........

So far I've come back to this thread 4 times now so I think I really like your kit
