hey any one know any finger excercises for 16th,or 32nd notes that isolate wrists,and use just fingers,im having trouble keeping wrist still

Why do you want to keep your wrists still?  Who told you that?

Ok you can work your fulcrum too.

Pick up a stick.  Move your fulcrum to 4" from the bead.  With your 4 fingers squeeze up till your stick hits the underside of your forearm.  Basically start playing patterns like this- you don't even need a practice pad and it is a great workout for fingers and fulcrum, even forearm.

put a quarter on the table or your drum throne and tap it with your drumstick. Try to keep up with the quarter.
