Title: Cheap Trick's Rick Neilsen plans to open guitar museum Post by: Dave Heim on December 06, 2007, 04:20 PM Rick Neilsen is a partner in a $25 million development project in Cheap Trick's hometown of Rockford, IL that would include a hotel, conference center, restaurant, music education center, and guitar museum.
