It depends a little.  Ludwig and Sabian both have a variety of lines of varying cost.  If it's a Ludwig Accent with Sabian Solar cymbals, then it's not a particularly great deal.  If the cymbals aren't Solar, then things start looking a little better.

A new Ludwig Accent kit is around $750, and a set of new Sabian B8 cymbals is around $200.

Still, if it's all in good condition, it wouldn't be a terrible starter kit.

I think Ludwig has a little bit better drums at entry level than other brands. But if the cymbals are only B8 (not speaking of Solar, of course), they won't sound too good for me. But if, by accident, it should be a vintage kit that someone has just drawn out of the loft and wants to get rid of it, it really may be a deal. Try to find out more about it, as the black colour with a silver snare (is it a steel snare, for example?) is not really enough information.

It's probably a good deal, but I agree with Ryan, you need to find out the models, and also the condition. A bunch of damaged cymbals are worth $0.

If you're just starting out, it's probably a good deal.  You don't need pro quality drums and cymbals as a beginner.  Nothing wrong at all with having pro quality, but you certainly don't need it early on.

You say the set is in good condition.  Make sure that's because of the condition of the drums and hardware - and not because the heads are clean or un-scuffed.  Make sure the finish is in good shape, the hardware works (no stripped or missing screws or other parts), nothing rattles.  That kind of thing.

Have fun - good luck.
