im trying to decide what i want to do after high school. im really into visual art like cinematgraphy but i love music more than anything in the world....i want to get involved with music somehow to make my musicianship better. im not good enough at drums to study music at a pro level. i would rather do something with the industry, record or something....

anybody know some schools or programs that specilize in this stuff?

If you do decide to go this route, I highly recommend doing it a regular university and not at a specialised school.   In most cases you get the same education in the field, but you also get a more flexable degree in the end.   Which can be very helpfull if your mind changes for whatever reason.   The compromise is it can take longer (depending on the program) and you pretty much always have to take non-specialised classes like history and such.

When I was comparing the programs and costs between the Art Institute (which at the time should've been called the Business Institute, art my a$$) and my local University, the uni won.   Cost was the same for 2 years at AI vs 4 at UNC.  The music program at UNC was actually more in depth.   And it was toward a bachelors instead of an associates degree.
