ahh the neoprene jobbers.  ive got a set.  havent used 'em in a while.  work well, not silent though.  but does quiet things down a bit.  adds a wierd foam-rubbery bounce.  definately not your normal stick response.  but all in all a nice cheap and easy way to quiet down a kit.

word of caution.  rumor has it cats LOVE to pee on these things.

Yeah i bought a set for the whole kit . Were of couse the practice pads don,t give you the same feel . They been a good buy in many ways as i able to spend. Much longer on the kit . Were i live at the moment i cant really play for long and this let me away with it. And even after a week my band cloud see a big impovement . After all  playing on a single practice pads is all well and good but you need to work on you moment too.

mark who told you about cast peeing on the stuff is that true  Huh Tongue

Isn't this the same thing as HQ Percussion's Sound Offs?

From what I can tell, it's the same exact thing ... and Sound Offs have been around for over a decade. Nothing new that I can see.

Please fill me in!  Cool
