How is a 32nd whole note (diddle) roll played in 2/2 (or cut) time?

How do you properly switch from playing regular notes to flammed notes

ex: eighth note, then eighth note flam, then eighth note then eighth note flam.

(Do you have to deliberatley lower your stick done for a grace note, or not?)

Everything's doubled in cut-time, but my guess the tempo would not be allegro if you are playing 32nd notes in cut-time. Just a guess.

You've guessed right. Sticking on flams won't change unless notated beneath the lines.
