Hi , i have no problem for finger control with French grip , but as i play 90 % of the time palm down then finger control become more difficult , the natural motion of the finger seem to not be made for palm down   Roll Eyes , i try to explain :  play several finger stroke in French grip, then while still playing finger stroke turn you wrist to have American grip , the angle of the stick follow the angle of the wirst , so  how to have correct finger stroke with right angle using American grip ?

Thank's

I'm sure if you play it long enough your body'll figure out how to do it.

it move from using the base of the finger (french grip) (I use base for lack of a better word) to the tips of the finger in american grip. Your fingers should be a little more extended in the american grip and you should only be using the tips of the fingers. It does take a while to get used to but take a look at Mike Mangini when he plays he uses this grip.

Try this exercise that Gary Chaffee suggests in Technique Patterns. Hold the stick in between the index and thumb (palms down, or at least almost down if you're doing "American") and then practice using each subsequent finger to play strokes - one at a time. For instance: four 16ths with the middle finger, four 16ths with the 3rd finger, etc... Do any series of note-values and fingers you can think of. Make sure the other fingers (except the index and thumb) are not touching the stick. The reason you may be having trouble is that the finger motion in the German and/or American grips is more like pulling "in" toward the palm and less like the upward motion of the fingers in French grip.
