double strokes well over 120
bass drum 16th notes 75-85(85 in bursts)

I've been playing off and of for 25 years.  I never cared much for paradiddles till I got Gary Chaffee's videos.  I never realized how cool paraddidles are, especially inverted and reverse didd's.
