This is probably a stupid question, but I have an LP Aspire Djembe that has a small section of the head pulling away from the hoop.  The head is also split in a couple of places around the edge.  Is there any way to repair a head like this?  If not,  does anybody know if Remo makes a Fiberskyn head sized to fit this drum?  LP calls it a 12 1/2 "  Or would anybody have any suggestions for a better quality replacement head? Huh

I don't know if anyone makes a synthetic head to fit that drum but getting some good goatskin and mounting it yourself would give you the best results. Because that drum uses "conga style tuning" and goat is very easy to work with, mounting the skin should be fairly easy.
