These are very inexpencive cymbals, but I don't live in an area where I have the opportunity to listen to them before purchasing.  I only have 2 cymbals right now, both are Sabian B8s... one 20" ride, 1 16" crash. I am looking for some cheap ( but decent sounding ) add-ons.

Opinions?

They sound nice to me, but horrible to other people.

Hows that for an answer Grin

To me they sound dark, funky, and on the trashy side.   Kind of Zildjian K or thin A sounding though often with more awkward overtones.

Also check out Stagg.   They seem to have a similar flavor to my ears and are just as cheap.

I think they're the best you can get in the budget-priced level. I've never liked either the Sabian B8 line or the Zildjian budget line...or the Paiste Alpha line but then I'm not a Paiste fan in general. They're not as good as either Sabain or Zildjian's pro lines but much better than their budget lines.

I'm still using an 18" Wuhan Traditional crash in my "loud" cymbal setup which includes 14" A Custom hats, an 18" Sabian El Sabor crash and a 21" Sabian Groove Ride (my favorite cymbal ever). It actually fits in okay. I'm using it because the 18" Zildjian Cie crash was WAY too thin and too soft and I don't have the cash for another big crash.

I also have a 20" Wuhan ride which is okay. More crashable than other budget rides.

I use a 12" Wuhan China/Splash, really cool, distinct and loud!

Small ones can be nice. But when you hear a sabian, turkish or an other high end brand.....

You'll definetely start crying
