I just recently bought a Ludwig Drumset, and I think it may be just a standard Accent-5 piece (bass, snare, two toms, floor tom, hi-hat and standard cymbal stand, throne) and I want to know if this drumset is good quality.

P.S. I'm also planning on buying a Zildjian Z-Planet set, which includes a crash-ride and a pair of hi-hats for $100...Please tell me if I can get a better bang for the buck!

Hard to tell from your post what you have there.  Their Accent line comes in a few flavors.  Here's a link to the Accent section of Ludwig's site.  Is this what you bought?

about the cymbals...b8's would always be better in a pack...but if you have the capabilities to save up for better cymbals iw ould wait, maybe spend the hundred on  some good hi hats or a ride or something. also scout your drumstore for used and vintage stuff that sells for cheap. E bay is a must too...

Well, the Planet Z's are brass cymbals, which is a good reason NOT to get them. Brass sounds like @$%# and breaks a lot, and I'm sure you don't want neither  Wink. Get some b8's or check out the new Paiste PST5 line instead.
