For this years marching Band show (James Bond!) there is a particular song (Live and Let Die) where I need to switch to set, and then back to snare. I am a real "State of Mind" person.  Are there any tricks to switching as far as technique, idea, and spirit?

This is a book all about state of mind and freeing it up so anything is possible. Not only does the limbs have to stay loose ,so does the mind. With a CD containing short meditations it has helped me after years of practice and playing but getting nowhere actually move forward. Some radical concepts with some very good and valid ones on practicing, it has worked for me.
I am really enjoying this and recommend it.
It may help MD1234 and others in more ways than one.
Book and CD is called Effortless Mastery, here is a link ..
