Quick question about bart's endurance method...the article says it takes 15 minutes, yet each excercise take 2.5 minutes, leaving you with 7.5 minutes....what am i missing?  are you supposed to do it twice?

thanks,
moos.

You have to include the warm-up ... the loosening up of the hands before and in between each exercise. Also, the time is not literal. If you read near the end of the article it says it's less than 15-minutes. The time is just a marker to encourage you to do the Endurance Method, knowing that it doesn't take you that long to complete.
