Help ... kit options

I am looking to buy a new kit, and I definitly want to step up to a "pro" kit. Iv been playing 16 years, and I am confronted with something I didnt think I would be, that there are too many choices.
I am looking at Epiarch, Yamaha beech custom, and Boom theory. Anyone who has played on these kits please help me out.

Boom Theory makes primarily electric drums that look acoustic. CafÃ© member jokerjkny owns a set and I think you could PM him for more detailed info if he doesn't chime in here.

Epiarch drums I believe are made by a CafÃ© member of the same name; but I haven't seen him post in a while so he might not be around anymore.
