http://www.madga.nl - sorry, couldnt find a US site.   But this is the exact beast.   http://www.madga.de covers the same thing but with a hair more info and more pictures.   And in german instead of dutch Smiley  

Its thinner than the average ghatam.  But that's a good thing for me.   A bit more volume, a bit easier to get a good range of sounds from.    I really dig it.  Sounds just like the samples on those sites.   My udu will now collect dust.  Smiley  

While this is mostly just me raving about a new toy, I do have a question.   Anyone drilled holes in something ceramic before?    Any tips?    I want to install a lavalier mic hole in it if possible.
