Call them.   I've had the occasional problem getting through to various companies because of spam filters at their end and once in a great while my spam filters get too aggressive and I don't notice a response coming my way...or maybe their drone who's supposed to check the email account you used is sick/on-leave/ignorant.

I think the 22" would be a custom plate, but if you call them at least you could talk to someone and can find out what's going on. (They might even be wondering why they don't get any emails. )  I wouldn't think a special order cymbal would be cheaper going through a shop (since they'd want a cut of the action), but once you get a real price from Paiste you could find out.
