I am aware of how the Moller technique is played, and use it on the kit. My question is this: How do you incorporate the Moller technique into rudiments (i.e. paradiddle, para-paradiddle) considering the triplet that is executed in the whipping motion?
I tend to switch to French grip when Im going into "rudiment" mode.
As always, thanks in advance

Chris
I Highly recommend you the Book by Dom Famularo: It's Your Move, he not only fully explain Moeller but he also give many examples to make you naturally understand when to use Moeller
One example for rudiment to use Moeller is paradiddle, i play it 3 time faster and easier since i use Moeller: the second stroke is a upstroke
