remo nuskyn on compact conga?

I posted a while back asking about changing heads on the 11" compact conga, and a reply I recieved stated that the remo nuskyn would fit. I finally got around to getting one and it doesnt fit. Embarrassed

Did I misunderstand? Are there different versions of the 11" head for diff. drums? Some body help me, please!! Wink

The Remo drumheads that fit on the 11" LP Compact Conga are Remo "S" series.

Here are the serial numbers for you:

NuSkyn:M4-S110-N1

FiberSkyn 3:M4-S110-F5
