The Drummer Cafe rocks!

Ritmo is now supposedly carrying on the tradition for the retiring one-man-shop pro drum makers, but I cannot find any information on the them. Ritmodrums.com is dead and there are few other references except this one below from an old brochure. Is Ritmo still around? If anyone has used Ritmo products -- what experience did you have? Have been looking for some mahogany bongos and thought this might be an option.

Those are some nice looking drums!

I don't know the drum, but I see they were endorsed by Jerry Gonzales, who is one of the baddest conga drummers around. The dude plays a mean trumpet too and his Fort Apache band really kicks.

Hi guys, I recently bought a ritmo drum...a 9.5 quinto on E-bay.  Great piece I'm mixing in with 3 Gon bops and does it ever cut through.  It's oak and I think it would be hard to find and afford mahogany.   The Drum is very heavy(oak) and Great construction.  I have a phone number for Mathew if you need it he's in bethleham Penn.
