I came across this floor tom but one of the hoops was bent, or so I thought.  I ordered another but it turns out it just doesn't fit.  My experience with after market products is they are usually a few millimeters off and I'm thinking that's the case here.  One hoop fits fine (which came w/ the drum) on both top and bottom so it's not the shell.  It is an old vistalite shell.

Any ideas on where I can find a hoop that will most likely work?  I haven't tried contacting ludwig yet but I'm guessing they don't want to deal with such things unless it's a retailer.  As you can imagine, there just aren't many 20" floor tom hoops out there.

Any info. would be appreciated.

Try to find a local Ludwig dealer who can contact Ludwig for you.
