I have one. I like it. BUT the controls are tiny as all getout and I worry about the cheap plastic construction. The transfer to your computer is slow.
Sound is very good. We record all practices and gigs with it. The 4 track seems almost worthless though.
The condensers are very hot, maybe too hot for handheld unless you are like a statue (comes with tripod mount that works). Automatic gain control which is nice though and would be good for you in the field. Editing software is ok but be prepared to upgrade *pay dough* to compress to Mp3. BS move by zoom and steinberg (cubase LE).
If I had to do it all over again- I might.
