Cool.  I'd recommend it.  I have it.

It doesn't offer earth shattering views of the band, but nevertheless, it's very interesting.

[very disappointed I did not get tickets to the tour, but that's another story]

I enjoyed it on Showtime a while back-
nice glimpse of the early days, but peters out right about when they make it big.
I guess he was too busy to film much then

It's funny at times.

I like Stewart's commentary about the time they filmed a video on a snowy mountain.

Yeah, I have the DVD (shocker, I know...) and I like it.  It's not really for the casual Police fan, but more for the hardcore fan and/or drummer.

There are some great shots of them at a half empty record sigining in the early days before they were a household name.  Also some great shots of the view from behind the kit during several shows.  It's like you are "virtual Stewart Copeland".  Cheesy

I just watched the DVD yesterday, I liked it, it gave an intersting inside look at the Police in the early days. The extras were good too. Some great shots of Stu playing. It is worth watching.

Highly recommend it, especially the concert footage.  "Virtual Copeland" is a good way of putting it!  He literally carries the camera with him out onto the stage and sets it up behind his kit during the show.

A veritable audio/video extravaganza!  Shocked

I hosted a pre-police party at my apt w/a dozen friends before attending their show at MSG.  The video was a huge hit, even with my non-percussive casual-fan friends.
