Another review for the Lawless Percussion and Jazz Ensemble CD is out, this one on the online magazine, jazzreview.com.

Here is the link:
http://www.jazzreview.com/cd/review-19111.html

Also, my marimba etude book, "12 Etudes for 2 Mallet Marimba", published by Innovative Percussion, was selected for the Texas State Solo/Ensemble Prescribed Music List.

My mallet duet book, "Mallet Appetizers for Two", published by Row-loff Productions, was selected for the Florida State Music List.

Both books are reviewed here on the Cafe.

Yes, I will see you there.  I have never been to one of these before.  I guess I feel there is so much more to learn? I guess, when I am gone, then I am done learning.
But for right now, maybe I can pick something up that I never heard or laid my eyes on
before? And, I am looking forward to meeting all of you DC folks that show up.  Maybe we can all get together and eat dinner at a nice, relaxed, good food and music kind of place? I like good food.

Great review, Larry!

I purchased this CD not too long after you guys completed it, and it's awesome.  Very inspiring stuff, and I hope you guys are able to get together again and make another one!

Thanks, Scott! Good to hear from you again, it's been a while.

As far as another CD, I'd love to, but I have to sell a ton more of these before I can afford to do it again.
