What pressure should you set your lp aspire drum to

I was wondering what pressure you should set your lp aspire djembe drum to when tuning?

Tune it high - that's how djembes should sound. But remember to detune it right after playing, because Aspire tuning lugs are quite slim and loose their shape easily.
