Rick Neilsen is a partner in a $25 million development project in Cheap Trick's hometown of Rockford, IL that would include a hotel, conference center, restaurant, music education center, and guitar museum.

No word on whether Bun E is part of the deal.

why, that's cool. I do dig the instrument exhibits at the hard rock in vegas. nice idea.
