Well all of you know how much trouble I have trying to get pics on here....I'm hopeful that you can see them through photobucket since I couldn't figure out how to post them any other way.  Sorry, maybe someday I'll stop practicing drums so much and practice computer a little.  LOL

Hope it works and hope you enjoy.

Wow...I surprised myself!  Click on the pic and you can even see it full size!  Only thing is it doesn't show the pic topic...oh well. Most of you know all these folks anyway.  lol

Thanks for sharing the photos Hannah.
It was nice to see some folks that I haven't seen in a very long time ... Greg Gerson for example, who used to be a member of my Drum Ring International.

Looks like you've left the porch and made your way to play in the yard with the big dogs.  Wink

Thanks Bart,

I must admit, sitting at that table and looking to my right there was Pete Erskine, Steve Smith, Sheila E., Pete E., Mike Mangini and Gregg Gerson....to my left it was just as good with Antonio Sanchez, Mike Malnin, Alex Acuna and more...I had to pinch myself more than once to make sure I wasn't dreaming.

My week started off at a Vater Artist dinner where I hung out with Virgil Donati, Ryan Yerdon, Xavier Muriel and many more.  What a blast!

On Wed I did a clinic for the Robert Millikan Performing Arts Magnet.  The kids were so pumped up and really seemed to enjoy the message I had to share with them.

On Thursday morning, walking up to the awesome Zildjian Booth and seeing myself performing on the flat screen tvs with people standing and watching.....it was such an unbelievable feeling.  Walking up to the Vater Booth and seeing my picture on the Vater "Wall of Fame"!!!  Coming up to the Toca Display and seeing my ad for the first time introducing the new line of Pro Elite Congas and Bongos.....it was just a great experience for me and honestly left me a little speechless and just in disbelief that all these good things were actually happening to me.

I just feel more and more blessed each day that goes by.  The other artists are so kind to me. I never feel like they look down their nose at me or treat me like a kid.

I realize that there is so much work ahead of me, so much work that at times I feel a bit overwhelmed by all I feel I need to get done.  I can honestly say that I'm living proof if you dream big, work hard and keep your priorities right good things will happen.

I've been told that since I was old enough to understand english and I'm really beginning to understand what my Dad meant.

Thanks Bart for all your support.  I don't consider myself running with the "BIG DOGS" yet but I'd like to think I'm yanking at the chain!

Sounds and looks like a blast and thanks for sharing Hannah. Having a friend share that experience is the next best thing to being there yourself.  Great job......  BUT (and I deserve a lot of flack for this but I can't resist..) do you always each Pizza with gum?

Hannah, tomorrow morning I'm getting up and I'm NOT turninig on my PC until evening!

(because I'll be practicing all day, like I should be)

You're living my dream. Sometimes I need a little reminding that real people are out there and it takes some work!

Excuse any non-sense-making-ness. I'm tired and can't sleep.
