Has anyone seen the Funkifying The Clave video with Robby Ameen and Lincoln Goines. Alfred Publishing just released a new DVD version of the video. The book is a classic and is on my Top PICK Drumset Study Materials list.

The video was originally released on VHS back in 2000, but I never saw that either.

I was just curious if anyone has seen the video; VHS or DVD format.

If you did see it, what did you think? I bet it's great!

i have the video, yet havent watched it in a while.  i do remember lincoln's instruction being better than robby's, but both play exceptionally well for their performances.  funny, but i dont even own a VHS player anymore to view the video.

Well now you can get the DVD!  Wink

As with many musicians (evidenced by the videos they put out), not all are equal when it comes to being able to communicate verbally ... let alone teach ... so I get what you are saying.
