hello everyone,
So I walk into my local GC yesterday (to exploit my friendship with one of the managers) and notice some new, funny-looking Sabians mounted up on a pdp kit.  They are the Sabian AXP line, and they were described to me by the sales man as similar to the xs20's but louder. So I followed up with the question 'whats the selling point?' and he said 'they're louder; thicker and louder'.

Does anyone have any experience with these? It seems they were kinda released under my radar as I didn't see anything about them until they stood before me in the store.  I thought they sounded nice... not wonderful... but nice.  Comment on the cool color?

I think they're APX actually.

There was a post about them a little while back when they first came out.  Loud seems to be the key word in describing them, which just seems a little silly to me.  I would think with the AAX or AA Metal-X they would have that area pretty covered, but I guess people are breaking those so they thought they needed to try something different to keep the destroyers happy.
