Focus more on your backbeat placement. Every time you move where you are placing your Snare drum backbeats it unsettles the groove. Being mindful of the pulse of the tune and keying in on where you are putting 2 and 4 will take your playing up a notch.

Take the same approach with the Kick drum parts.

Hey there, I'm fairly new to the site myself but.....I took a look at the first video (limp bizkit).  That was great! from what I saw you played confidently and your fills were placed tastefully (for the most part .  Some things I felt....
Near the end of the tune when the dynamics started "climaxing," the groove suffered a little.  Just my opinion of course.

Very, very enjoyable. I was happy to see a Michael Jackson and a Maroon 5 cover in addition to the other stuff there, because I felt it gave me a better indication of what you're about.

I think it would be very easy to sit here a nitpick your drumming ONLY because you obviously have very strong time and facility. I wouldn't offer the following comments if I felt I had watched videos of someone that wasn't on a professional track. Consider these comments more about fine tuning and not some major criticism, because I really did enjoy the pop covers. You're good!

- Besides picking a hand and sticking with it on the backbeat (based on your technique, I suggest sticking with the left for that), I was wanting to hear you grab some rim on a song like that Maroon 5 song. Also, probably just my personal preference, but I'm wanting more neck of the stick on the hi-hat for metered playing (but continue to use the beads for the intricate stuff).

- Definitely cue in on what Bart said about pulse. You were locked in pretty good on time, but the pulse wavers ever so slightly every now and then when maybe you've lost a millisecond of focus on the backbeat or jumped a hair out in front on the bass drum. It sounds like nitpicking, but again, this is something that will jump out to your ears in a studio performance. You're setting the pulse, so if you start out a hair behind the downbeat at the start of the verse and move ahead of the pulse as the verse progresses, it may sound right but not feel right. Give some conscious thought to matching volume and pulse between BD and left hand.

Understanding these types of nuances is what separates the pros from the semi-pros, IMO.
