Foot Surgery

Anyone else here have foot surgery? I had two procedures done to my right foot at the same time and now I have limited range of motion in my big toe and the joint just in front of said toe. I think my doc did a lousy job of post-op foot care and recovery instructions.
I'm looking for suggestions for good exercises or other helpful therapy from anyone who has had similar foot surgery. Thanks.

An old drum teacher of mine was in a serious car wreck...actually he was in a walking cast when I have my first drum lesson.
Anyway, he had to have leg surgery. He was grounded for awhile, but he made a full recovery and before long, he was playing just a well as ever.
