I want to know because I need decent cymbals that aren't gonna cost one or more of my limbs, but that are still good quality, and if the zbt+ aren't that much better than the zbt's then there's not much point.
IMO, no the ZBT+s aren't much better than the ZBTs. BUT, I don't think they make ZBT+s anymore. They were replaced by the ZXTs...weren't they?

If I was you (which I'm not, so take this for what it's worth

), I would save up a little more $ and get Paiste Alphas. They are almost pro-level cymbals at almost entry-level prices. Much better than ZBTs to my ears and I've played both. If not Alphas, then Sabian ProSonix or even B8 Pros...anything but ZBTs. I had them and grew to hate them. But again, that's just my opinion.
The best advice anyone can give you is try as many cymbals as you can and buy the best sounding cymbals you can afford regardless of brand.
