Tommy Igoe and Vic Firth have put together a set of FREE multimedia instructional materials called "Tommy Igoe's Groove Essentials" - these are a great resource for us drummers!

Here's my favorite page from this series:

WORLD, ETHNIC & SPECIALTY GROOVES

Clicking on each written example brings up a menu that allows you to listen to audio samples, or see an instructional video about that sample. Great stuff!

Cool Mr. A,

I have a notebook of all the cool grooves and ideas I've found on the internet. I'll have to scour the site for more stuff.
