I'm going to try out my 42-strand snares on my Premier, but I'd like to seek the advice of you guys before I do such a thing.

It would appear that the snare straps themselves are nothing more than strapping tape.  Is there an effective way to remove this without damaging the straps, or are they to be torn off and replaced with other straps?

I'm not a particularly slow player, yet I don't play fast.  I play half-fast.
