Concert Snares...

OK...I want a New concert snare but I don't know what to get....right now I have a 8-lug....20-snare....Yamaha.... anybody have any recommendations? Or should I just stick with what I've got? I'm just in a junior high band....I might wait till I'm in the high school band to get a new one....
