www.vater.com) my forearms and fingers, then practice. Same for my feet, I do singles, doubles, paradiddles, for 1 min each, then stretch and actually I jump 80 times using only (well mainly) my feet, letting the whole foot touch the ground each time, this is my method of trying to strenghen my ankles, I used to box, so skipping sometimes gets done also... then double kick practice.
