one thing that helped me get my left foot up to speed was to play left handed, I'm right handed so it made my left foot the main and worked my endurance and speed up and then I went to the double basses. the left hand thing was kinda a mental/physical trianing and a really freakin hard experiance

Here it's quite weird.

My left foot is able to make tighter single strokes than my left foot. But my right foot can make better doubles.

I'm right-handed. By the way, I put off my resonant head for a while now. The rebound is far more natural now, I think it rocks.

Actually I heard Han's solo that he posted and it was pretty good from what I can remember.  I was pleasantly surprised.
