I like St. Anywhere too. Although I'm need of nice ride on my motorcyle to St Anywhere. Last year I took two 1200+ miles trips on it and this year I've only managed to ride back & forth to work Sad

Now if I could just hook up a trailer behind it big enough to tote the drums along! Grin

Today on the Travel Channel they were showing some Indian drummers.  They had bass drums made of:
1. mango tree wood
2. cedar

More on "Tun Wood"  (a.k.a. "Red Cedar"):
"Tun wood is light, yet fairly strong. It is scented and not eaten by whites ants. The heartwood weights about 18 to 20 kg per cubic foot. It is red in color. That is the reason the tree is sometimes called red cedar. The wood is pretty good for joinery and other carpentry work. In fact, it is highly valued for making cabinets, musical instruments, quality furniture of all kinds, door panels, decorative carving work, tea boxes, cigar boxes. etc. That also is the reason that Tun wood is seldom available in good quantity."
