Hi! I'm considering buying the VCD Complete Drumset Pack as advertised in Modern Drummer for only $24.95.  I'm wondering if anybody has tried these pads.  My reason for getting them is to use them when I am playing drumset exercises, not grooves (you can't practice grooving on pads IMO).  Anybody tried these pads? They also have these stick on dots for $5.95 on their website (http://www.percussiveinnovations.com) which look pretty good.
