i turned the 16x16 florr tom into a bass drum with the hardware from the bass drum.  and i only had to drill two tiny holes to do it!  i tweaked it until it sounded bass-y and i'm gonna test it with a set tomorrow.  i'll report back on it, maybe convince morgan to bring his camera up so i can show it off to you guys.
