Following diagnosis of having Cervical spodylosis i have managed to wean myself off the prescribed anti inflamatries and muscle relaxant drugs. I have tried a few herbal quakery potions and the one i found that has worked best for me (I can play drums now no probs) has been capsules called Bee Venom and Glucosamine. The stuff is bee relieved, now wouldn't that be a choice job. Catch a bee and squeeze the venom out before it stings you  Grin
Bottle claims the venom has an ingredient Melittin that is 100 times more potent than hydrocortisol. If you have joint cartilage and connective tissue problems may be worth a try if you don't have allergy to bee products.
Working for me. Smiley

Got mine from Sensational Bee Products here in NZ and was $21.00 per 100 capsules. Guessing that you don't live in NZ i suggest try any health food store that sells bee products or shop the net. I'm sure they would be (no pun) available elsewhere.
