Yeah, I know it's a little bigger than I was originally looking for, but it's hard to pass up a $99 kick, even if the paint job's a little off.  I figure at least it should easily have more bottom end than the Djembe .  And I'm sure I can make some adjustments to how I'm set up to minimize the impact on my overall setup footprint.  

This waiting for delivery thing is going to suck, though.

oh and the bodhran as a kick drum, i love the idea man!  never got a chance to try it with the little toy one i have, but i always meant to.
