Hi all, my bands been together about a year, wev been gigging about, but I find it very hard to organize the gigs, and would really like to take our playing and gigging to the next level.  I live in the UK, and dont know much about the who and how of getting an agent (??), signing or whatever, so any help would be much appreciated.  cheers,

Gigging is always easier if you have a fan base(following).  Make sure you can bring people that spend $$ to the places you want to play, and youll be well on your way

There should be a list of management companies in the directory. If not I highly recommend talking to other bands that may be on a tour circuit or already have management. You can get a great deal of info from them. Just read before you sign! I also recommend paying an attorney to advise you on contracts before putting pen to paper. Know what the contract says!
