I saw Beat the Donkey last thursday for the first time, and WOW!!!  I have owned the album (which is great) since it came out, but it just doesn't compare to the live show.  I just want to highly reccomend it for any style of drummer or percussionist.  Cyro Baptista is an amazing individual and a masterful percussionist.  The whole show was just exciting.  It was just such a kinetic and fresh (and a little over the top) approach to a percussion ensemble.  Very eclectic and international.  If you get a chance, SEE THIS SHOW.  Plus, Cyro and his whole crew was very warm and friendly after the show, talking to the crowd and signing autographs.  Just a positive experience all around.
