Could any one tell me where can I download a metronom software from? Huh

A good one wich I can program to play 4 bars 200 bpm and then 10 bars 140 (for instance).

I'm not exactly sure of where to get one but there is probably one somewhere on www.drummbum.com, they have alot of stuff like that there
