You know, I have been playing out for ten years now, and this one still slips by every now and then.  Nothing more frustrating than finding out you have to go and you are only two songs into the set.  I have to go first thing between sets, or I will forget while talking to people in the club.  Next thing you know, breaks over and your back on stage with a loaded bladder.  It's silly, but muy importante.

What i do before I go on stage is I get into the drummers mood.Get myself nice and pumped,jump up and down,stretch,drink about 20 gallons of water ( or so it feels ).I'm not sure what exactly gets me through the show fine,or how I don't really freak,but I think its the fact that after your first show you know you love that rush of playing on stage.Hope the gig goes well and you guys rock the place to its knees.
