DRUMMER CAFE TV

I believe that "Rock and Roll" is the most famous Led Zeppelin tune of all time, possibly second to "Stairway to Heaven" ... maybe. The drum introduction, as played by drummer John Bonham has been a puzzle to many musicians for the past four decades, so I'm taking the time to fully explain what's going on. Upon watching this video lesson you'll have a better understanding of how Bonham came up with the part, how it is notated and counted, and more importantly, how to play it correctly. I've also supplied my notation of the drum intro for you to print out and practice on your own. If you are looking for a play-along track for "Rock and Roll" and several other songs that made Led Zeppelin famous, click HERE.
