Zoom q3 hd video recorder

Just bought a Zoom q3 hd video recorder for my teaching studio, the sound is great (using line in ) not so sure about picture quality .Does any one have the same machine ?.

Yes the Q3 video is not great quality.  Good for getting the idea across for students or local auditions.  But if you trying to video a show for a band or do a prominent audition video, it just looks "meh" and nothing is going to change that.

If you can get an iPhone - the video on that is great.  The audio isn't even too bad, but  the Q3 audio is superb.  If you don't have QuickTime Pro it's only $40 and you can sync audio and video on it fairly easily.

Hope any of my 2 cents helped.  Let me know if you have any more questions about the Q3 or the sort..
