Outland drums ,Photo link added.Is there anyone who knows what they are?

Hi all, I just acquired a set of Outland drums ,all I know about them is that they are a North/ Staccato copy that were made in Europe in the 70/80's. Does anyone have any more info,I am starting to refurbish them and would like to know about all the hardware,set up and original colors.
