bass drum double strokes

Hey guys. figured I'd post this in the proper area
Its a heel toe / double stroke technique I use to get a ton of speed out of my bass drums with next to no effort.

I can do it while playing.. those were just instructional vids.

forgive the few timing issues as I wasn't playing with a metronome on that track, and theirs a few screw ups as I only one take my videos. I'm no fancy editor nor do I have the patience to do that.

Last thing.. Hope you like death metal haha
